I am writing this due to what occurred on the 25th Feb 2025 during the hours of 08h00 to 09h00 am at boxer superstore located in Johannesburg Central park, I went there to redeem a tymebank cardless cash voucher for R500.00, the kiosk teller gave me R443.00 instead of R493.00. I took the money out of trust without counting it, only to find out that I was not given the correct amount when I arrive at home. I don't know if you're teller made a mistake or it's something she is used to doing. However since the money was counted underneath a camera the footage can be reviewed. I so disappointed with Boxers stuff cause more or less this was a *****ulent activity committed by one of your stuff members.
