*****ulent action happening at Receiving dept - Ulundi Boxer Store

I would like to report ***** that has taken place at the Boxer Store Ulundi at the Receiving department. date 16 September 2023, time 13:40 I received a call from 2 people calling me using their cell number, they stated that they are at the Boxer Receiving dept and that i must ewallet them R500 because my brother has ****** cheese and i must pay them the money so he is released. I asked the standard procedure that needs to be followed when someone *****s at the store and requested to speak to the store manager. they rudely rep**** and said i do not want help and dropped the call. i took upon myself to look for contact details for the store so i can speak to the store manager to understand what is happening to my brother at the store, i did not find the number but ended up at another boxer store, spoke to Lindani Buthelezi who said its not his store the store manager at the other store is Siyabonga Majozi. I called Siyabonga on his cell who advised that HE IS NOT AWARE ABOUT ANY INCIDENT AT RECIEVEING AND said he will go there now to see and call me back. I did not receive a call after numerous times of call him he answered and said the police have been now called. the people working at receiving clearly are use to such *****ulent actions who knows what other activities happen without the manager knowing until he gets an outside call then he acts like he knows what happening. i would like a follow up on this complaining and would expect actions to be taken on the people that have been calling me requesting money. i have their contact details but wont disclose on this platform due to POPIA act.
