I have been trying to get my uif papers since August 2024 whenever I go they would tell me that there are other people who came for the same reason and their head office is not responding,I ended up not going cause I am honestly tired.I ended up contacting the department of labour.i honestly don't know what to do anymore cause I just can't keeping on going there all the time for one thing,at some point they told me that their manager went to leave and I waited but still no valid feedback.
