Two Months, No Answers – Deeply Disappointed by Boxer Kwa-Thema's Handling of *****ulent Withdrawal

I am writing to formally reiterate my complaint regarding a serious and unresolved issue involving funds sent from the Boxer store in Kwa-Thema.

The intended recipient was unable to collect the money, and was later told at another branch that the funds had already been withdrawn. I was informed that the withdrawal occurred just hours after the transaction, from the same till I had used, a deeply concerning detail, as the transaction was legitimate and intended for a specific individual.

Despite reporting the matter to the store manager and opening a case with the South African Police Service, I have received no meaningful assistance. I was told CCTV footage would be reviewed, yet more than two months have passed without any update or resolution.

I have returned to the store multiple times, only to be met with indifference. The continued lack of action and communication is extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on Boxer’s commitment to customer service and accountability.
