Trolleys are not provided

I bought groceries at boxer Richards Bay. Upon my arrival to the security check out I was told they don’t allow trolley to go out. I was left stranded with my groceries outside the store. What pains me the most was to see people pushing trolleys from other big supermarkets in the centre. I wanted to return all the groceries but I didn’t want drama so I paid R10 for the guy who pushed my trolley. Boxer should pay my 10 rand as it is their responsibility to provide trolleys to move my groceries.
