Treated like ******* by Nokuthula from Queenstown branch

On the 28 June I bought groceries at Boxer Superstore Queenstown. Today I realised that mealie meal is rotten which now I have to spend money for a taxi to go back to town. When I Get to Boxer I was taken to the office to Nokuthula. The lady I was walking with told her the reason why I came she just signed the paper while seating on top of the table. Did not even treat me as a customer just signed the slip and gave the lady. I asked Nokuthula that she does not even apologize for all the inconvenience that I had to go thru by coming back to the store and spend money to bring back the Mealie meal. She said seated on the table that maybe I didn't hear her, so I asked how will I hear you if you are not talking to me as I was staying outside the office. Then I asked the lady that Nokuthula gave the slip to exchange the mealie meal, if I cannot pay the Cake and Soap without having to stand on the queue. The lady went to the till to pay, then Nokuthula called her to the office and then gave her a cup to go to the kitchen and said I must stand there and I will be helped at the till. Few minutes after she then spoke on the speaker that everyone must go and follow the queue. Boxer treat people like rubbing, when it is their friends they go pay.
