Treated like a ***** at Boxer

I am appalled at the service and disrespect I got at Boxer , Southdale mall. I have never experienced that kind of treatment and I have never been so upset .. I went to do groceries at the Southdale branch for the first time since it recently opened. I had two trollies ,and I take advantage of the specials monthly. The cashier made us wait for sometime before scanning our groceries. I asked her what she was waiting for and her response was that I have 2 trollies and it looks like I'm here to ***** so she is waiting for security to oversee the sale.. like what in the actual nonsense. I was very upset and I asked her what she meant by this...her name is Khanyisa.. when I started raising my voice she started apologizing saying that it's company policy. What in the actual dustbin treatment is that. The rude security girl who disappeared in time before I asked her for a session outside was just on another level. She hurled insults on how much groceries I had in the trollies and was extra. I asked for her name which she was unidentified until the cashier secretly told me it's Vumile.. I will never shop at Boxer again, the treatment was appalling honestly. To think I do a haul from you every month is so sad. Have they never seen ppl buy 2 trollies... do you guys treat everyone like that or is it because I'm young, black and female and according to society I should only afford your 100 bucs specials. I am seriously disgusted...
