Thumbs down to Boxer Superstore

Customer service at Boxer Superstore in Standerton is very bad. I bought airtime and I received the message that the pin is invalid. Going into the store I was send from pillar to post for almost 2 hours, with no one from the management not available. At last I was told that their IT Department will investigate my query. Looking for answers I called Boxer Superstore national Customer Care service where I was told by Nokwanda that I'd be called, which never happened. Calling Boxercom 135 service also didn't help as the only language the answering machine is programmed in is Afrikaans only... That's how I lost my money to Boxer
