The employees of Boxer Bizana Mall are so rude and treating their customers so so badly like non existing objects.

I was very disappointed at Boxer in Bizana Mall I went there to send money to Lusuthu in a form called Mkhuru, the lady who helped me was rude and unable to talk to customers. When he finished talking to me badly, he ended up talking about my argument with her to another customer, this lady's name is Nomvuyiso Nolala, she was so unprofessional she even refused to show me her name tag, I failed to understand why she was so rude to me or that is the way Boxers employees treat their customers.
