Terrible service
The service I got was terrible at boxer trade route mall. I went to withdraw R2000 from my nsfas and I couldn't as all the cashiers said they didn't have cash and it's the 25th and the store was full then I asked a friend of mine to withdraw using my bank card and all of a sudden the cashiers had the money. They should just say if they no longer want us to withdraw nsfas funds from them.

We are sorry to hear about this - We have had an influx of students coming to withdraw money so cash does run out and they have to wait for more cash to come in later in the day. We agree however that staff should not be rude to customers and should be assisting everyone. We can only apologise on the stores behalf and we will be escalating this to management to investigate & resolve.
