Terrible service

<p>I went to Boxer supermarket, Masingita mall, Giyani at around 14h00 and received the worst service of my life, from the till operator to the managerial team member. The till operator was just plain rude to everybody around. The security guard at the entrance told us to carry the many heavy plastic bags we had to the car without the trolley as trolleys are not allowed to leave the store except for the very few which he said we should go to the taxi rank and search for them. We then asked to see the manager with regard to that matter; the worst mistake ever! The lady who was seated outside the office busy with paper work did not even look at us when we were trying to have a conversation with her! After spending my hard earned cash in that shop, that was the service I received. We will never go back to that shop again!</p>
