Your store has terrible Customer service Your colleagues or cashiers will rather leave queues be long while they are busy on either their phones or busy laughing or socializing with their fellow colleagues!

Saturday the 1st I visited your store to purchase few items..and to pay I went to cashier Bella as I saw she only had one customer , 30 minutes straight waiting for her service, after having to ask what Is happening, why are you not communicating with us she then says customer went to withdraw money ,why did she not cancel the transaction and assist other customers?no she couldn't , her and her colleagues were busy laughing holding a phone.

Now dear Boxer store manager Teach your consultants/cashiers customer service Let them greet,smile and serve customers with pride. Your stuff can't just come infront a purchase while customers are waiting to be served.!
