Terrible customer service

I had a terrible experience at Boxer Clermont with Cashier Nqobile Jobe who refused to pack my 3 item grocery because I came with a shopping bag and didnt purchase a plastic bag. And I said fine pls can I have my bag as she had thrown it aside she said I must fetch it myself. Her boldness was indication that she was used to this behavior hopefully somebody from your stores steps in.
