Terrible Customer Service

Old Boxer Store in Bizana has got terrible customer service. Today, Sunday the 29th of October. Firstly had to wait more than 10 minutes at a parcel counter with noone to help because the lady had to master two stations at once, secondly the most terrible one is cashier Lusanda Mtsha's customer service; while serving us she's busy chatting to some guy leaning by the counter at the kiosk and she doesn't bother packing our goods instead while I had to pack for myself she calls the next customer and I am supposed to shift I don't know to where while my goods are scattered on top of her counter. The lady needs to be trained on working with people, you guys do not need to act like you are doing us a favour when we visit your stores. The behavior is totally unacceptable.
