Taung boxer manager very rude, Lesego

I am at Boxer Taung(old one), the manager named Lesego made us to wait for 20minutes, saying he cannot change the price. I saw the price of 1.2kg cornflakes for R59. 99 on the floor, at the till is R75. 99, and he refused to change the price to the price I saw on the floor and said we must wait for 20minutes hrs going to call IT, but he gave us an attitude for a manager

If a manager behaves rudely to customers, and even tells them laughing that we must wait for 20minutes, that is really unprofessional and unacceptable
