Surf special for R200 stashed in the store room for families and friends by staff

Its sad to see how Boxer always have specials and allow their Staff to come first before their customers, im currently at one of the Boxer in Burgersfort the one next to KFC the old boxer store where we are qeueing and we are told that the surf soap is finished and the staff is busy passing in front of us with the same product that is being said its finished. We are told that the truck is coming at 12noon while theres stock in the store room being set aside for family and friends by Boxer staff and they are also confirming that the stock is there for their families and friends. Who comes first “the customer or the staff” i am sad that even the store managers allows this to happen. We are not being taken serious as consumers they are even laughing at us like we are fools.
