Supervisor's bad customer service

The service at Boxer Tembisa is very bad, the majority of the staff there has bad attitude. Including their supervisor Ramasala. But surprisingly the security guards and new employees are wonderful, also some of the ladies that cook...maybe take one of them to be supervisors instead of such vile individuals. I wanted to know if I can transact from the supervisor lady, so I greeted her but she ignored me with a bunch of her team. I greeted multiple times which she just asked if I can't see she's busy. Your team need serious training on customer service, your supervisor is as bad...makes one understand why service here is at it's lowest. I by all means try not to be assisted by her, it was unfortunate today she was the only one that had cash to assist. I hope she gets reprimanded for her manner.
