Super Frustrated
Hello this afternoon I went to buy a few stuff at the Boxer Philipi. After security check I notice that I have lost my card for the parcel counter and I was informed that I must pay R20. I unfortunately sis not have enough money and told but the supervisor that I need to speak to the store Manager. At arriving at hia office he was sitting with two female employees eating hot chips. Unexplained my situation and he could not care less and told me to return one of the items in order to have enough money to pay for the card wish I did. After arriving at the counter I requested a slip as proof of payment for the card and the guy working at the counter say d he did not have. I have to go back to the Manager's office to request a slip he told me to look for the supervisor to give the slip. After whilst looking for the supervisor I saw a card on the floor on the same till I had previously paid in. When I got to the counter he told me that thing card does not match the cubicle that my items where as the cubicle was empty . I.pointed out that I can see my parcel and gave details of the contents in the parcel. I still was made to apt the R20 and yet I returned a card. I upsets me the most is the conduct of the store Manager who showed no empathy or concern. I had to wait for this issue resolved. How is it that I picked up a card at the same counter and I was paying? Why i us a mission to get a slip a probably if payment for the card? It was simple to get a footage to proof that I indeed dropped the card at the counter or not. No assistance was given by the store Manager. How is that you employees don't care about your customer?
