SUPER BAD CASHIER

On the 24th June 2021 I went to buy a few things and withdraw money at Boxer Superstore in Protea Glen.

Unluckily I was served by a Rude young cashier by the name Comfort Hlongwana. She made a big fuss about changing something I bought. I Hade made a mistake and picked the wrong product, after I had paid while putting my things in the plastic bag, I see that I had selected the wrong thing. I ask her to please change it for me.... That was my mistake. She started telling me I picked the wrong thing on purpose and started arguing with me. I asked her, "what do you mean I selected the wrong thing on purpose?" She INSISTED I purposely selected the thing I wanted her to change... I even forgot my slip because she was busy fighting me for wanting to change the wrong product.... Then she started serving another costumer while arguing me at the same time...

She even shouts at me "you see you dnt even take your slip..." I tell her, "but u suppose to give me my slip, she says" No we dnt give you a slip, you are supposed to just take your slip when you see it"...

I was shocked and hurt... How could such a small thing result in such ugly treatment... Refusing to change something paid for by the customer, right at the very time... It's her job. Or Myb not. I got confused.

Im a regular customer at Protea Glen Ext 2 Boxer. I now told myself I will Never pay to her again.

I hope who ever is in charge teaches this young girl customer service... (She may be rude at home and to her boyfriend but not to customers) And more over, to love her job.
