****** parcels from parcel counters

I went to buy my groceries at Musina Boxer in the evening after 6 pm and when I got there only to find that the parcel counters were closed. I was assisted by a security guard that said i should leave my shopping bag at the outside shelves where he was standing facing the inside of the store. When i was done with my shopping after 6: 30pm I left my parcels. Went back the following day in the morning only to find them gone. I spoke to the Admin manager Emely and she said she would get back to me. Still now nothing.
