Speed Points Not Accepting FNB Cards

<p>I am writing to complain about the unacceptable bad service, which we have been getting at Boxer Superstore in Protea Glen. It has been more than two weeks now, their speedpoints are not accepting FNB Cards.</p> <p> </p> <p>We are being forced to withdraw cash at the Standard Bank ATM (available in-store), which exposes us to high banking charges. As a customer driven business, Boxer Superstore should understands the importance of providing customers with superior service. I cant be forced to go withdraw cash at a Standard Bank ATM, not with our bank charges being some of the highest in the world.</p> <p>I hope that Management and Franchise holders will look into this matter and ensure that the necessary corrective steps are put in place so that your outlet may meet our expectations in the future.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards,</p> <p> </p> <p>Tshepiso Sehloko</p>
