Shocked and disgusted

After months and months of wasted time. Numerous calls, Emails, store visits, FB messages, speaking to managers in person. I have exhausted all resources without any success.

I am very disappointed and disgusted at the Boxer Store in Cleary Park. Humans who obviously have no compassion towards the growing feral cat/kitten colony and kittens living in their yard. What started as 10 cats has now grown to more than 60 if not more. Without going into detail, the majority of cats are female.

I approached the store regarding the problem and offered a solution after they mentioned the losses the store experiences daily due to the damage the cats cause. I was promised feedback. To date since April and again in June/July, I have received no response. The store visits are always ended with "I will give Lelethu the message and have her call you", it never happens.

This clearly shows that they are not interested and have absolutely no compassion towards animals.

Boxer i am disgusted!

Thank you for getting in touch with us regarding this matter. We have escalated to management to investigate further. This type of service is not at the level that Boxer prides ourselves on and we will be sure to action this accordingly. Management will be in touch to discuss further and resolve.

Disgusted at boxer stores.where i gave them a solution,they opted to have the animals removed and euthanised as per the arrogant area manager who called me . SIES.
