SERVICE IS BEYOND REPAIRS

Staff are extremely rude at the Berea branch. I have encounted 2 problems at the store within this year alone. They do not remove pricing of items and when you ask for the price, they dont give it to you. First experience was for the same item on both occasions, noodles was marked R90 for 5 packs late last year or beginning of this year. I showed them the paper and the price on the shelve, meaning the sticker placed and they still refused to give it to me at that price. Again this morning, There was a tag for the same noodles on the shelve saying R19.99 and when i got to the till, it was R29.99. I told the cashier and she put her head down and turned to one side and ignored me. They then spoke in Zulu as if i do not understand complaining. One of the staff members walked off and i assume went to remove the price because as i complained further and tole the cashier that shes been rude by not saying anything to me and she just looked at me as if im stupid. There was another lady standing with her and after i walked with the lady who is in charge of pricing, the sticker was conveniently removed. This was after alreadystanding at the till waiting for a while assuming that the other lady who walked off went to check but she came back as i was about to leave. I showed the other lady that the sticker was removed as there was still a piece of the sticker left behibd. She said no the sticker not supposed to even be there, it supposed to be on the left so i asked why was it removed and she walked away. I got back to the till and told the rude cashier that conveniently the sticker got removed while i stood thinking the other person went to get help but did nothing of that sort. The staff is extremely rude at the branch and they always seem to do the same thing. When i was leaving, one of the ladies mentioned that they are still busy removing old prices. Like seriously, why is it still on the shelve for customers to see and mind you this time around it was not even a special tag to say that its still early like the last time and they did not remove it o time. I am annoyed at the service as i always go in for specials but always get attitude and kept quiet many times before but i am now annoyed that this experience is not stopping and they are not maintaining the floor labels
