Sebokeng Plaza store :-(

On Saturday the 6th of December we went to Boxer at Plaza shop 440. We deposited money (R14 500) into the boxer stokvel card because it allows us to buy items in bulk, we then started taking the items we needed but as soon as we got to the till, they said the card has no money, they checked again and then only R4690 was in the card instead of R14500, we were assisted by the admin manager (Fumani) she got to the office and made some calls, told us that isuch problems are hard to fix since it's weekend, if was during the week, the problem would have been fixed within an hour so therefore we should come back on Monday morning, she had a bad attitude even said " It's not a big problem, just that it's Xhosa's " ( referring to us.........which didn't sit well with us , it was as if she was promoting tribalism). Today morning (08 December 2025) we went there and still the problem wasn't fixed , the manager said it might take 48 hours to get resolved but she herself wasn't sure and left us hanging and knocked off. We need answers as soon as possible, cand this be dealt with and can we please have feedback.
