Sebokeng Plaza Boxer Stores is a ****mer

The service at Store 440,Sebokeng Plaza is worrying. We deposited stokvel money on the stokvel card.When we were done shopping we were told our money doesn't appear.The attitude on Fumani(Admin Manager)was more than a puke.She even said this is not a big deal it's just that we are Xhosas.After going up and down she said this issue will be resolved Monday (08/12/25)We stayed the whole day and still nothing happened today they said they are making calls up until we were old the manager left.They said maybe if we wait 48 hours......."maybe" ......14 500 doesn't appear and we are told "Maybe after 48 hours.Wooow the incompetence on that store is worse.We want our money !!!!!!!
