On the 19 December 2020 we lost our Boxer Hardware building material card(we were ****** by *******, the card was among the cards, ID, Passport that were taken) that we used to deposit money every month. Then on the 20th of December 2020 we went to their branch where we opened the card at Lusikisiki Eastern Cape to report the card ****** and we asked them to close the card since it was stole the previous evening. We asked for a new card and that our balance must be transferred to the new card. However, we received a feedback that they will wait for head office to do so. We followed up every week with no positive feedback. On the 25th of January 2021 after several follow ups we were told that our balance is R16 from +-R5600. And we asked for the transaction report to see where the transaction took place and how much was spent but they never sent that report till to date. Please assist me HelloPeter.
We are terribly sorry to hear about this - could you please send us the card number so we can do a balance check for you now. We will then also investigate to get this matter resolved as this is totally unfair and unacceptable treatment.

Unfortunately I do not know the card number as it was ****** but I can send you the ID number connected to the card as when we opened the card Boxer used ID number as a primary key.
