SASSA MONEY - GONE???

My dad who is a pensioner went to Boxer Lenasia to withdraw his SASSA on the 03 Jan 2025. The cashier took his card, told him there is a balance and swipes his card at the POS, thereafter she tells him that it shows 0 balance and there is something wrong. With a lot of back and forth, he was told to go to Postbank and get a statement. The post office gave him the run around too, after many weeks of him going up and down, I finally reached out to them and I received a statement. I can see on the statement that there was a withdrawal at the POS. My dad has been going to boxer for many months and this is the first time we has this issue. I need someone from your management team to reach out to me and resolve this. You guys have a bank account and can track money which goes in and out of the account, why could you not assist my dad and see if the money came in to your account? Please review footage as well to see what the cashier did on her side! This is really unacceptable.
