Rude Supervisor

Good day

To say that iam upset is an understatement iam appalled by the service rendered by one of your supervisors Palesa she is extremely rude ,condescending and very disrespectful needless to add on that she is extremely sarcastic and she truly rubbed me off the bad way ,I went into your store this morning as I was heading to the office and had to voice some crisps that I had bought and the reason I did that is because I just saw that when buying them you get 1 gb data free sadly when I get to the till I need to have a boxer rewards card and foremost I do not work at boxer and won’t assume that the card that is besides the note means I will qualify for that 1gb ,that 1 gb would have been useful to me because I spend more time in your store when I could have alerted my line manager iam getting late then I had to buy data for that understandable I had to but her making us wait and you guys having only 1 card at the entire store for voiding is being petty honestly so I had to wait together with another client waiting for palesa who could barely even apologies for making us wait instead she gets disrespectful ,common courtesy apologies for making people wait and we move right along don’t you take your staff for training because clearly she lacks customer centricity ,peoples management skills and emotional intelligence.
