Rude cashier

Yesterday I experienced such a horrible service from your cashier in Bosman branch. I have always been a loyal customer and never experienced a bad service that I got from your cashier I had taken my husband’s new bank card by mistake and forgot mine in the car. I then tell the cashier that this is a new card and it’s my husband’s. She says to me, how can I forget my husband’s pin she then goes on to say is he even my husband, I took what she said lightly. I informed her that I’m going to get my card from the car. when I come back, she says to me I have to join the queue again. That’s when I realise that you have a very rude cashier. I don’t know her name, but she’s the only cashier that was in the till around 18:45 yesterday (24/01)
