Rude cashier

I went to Boxer in Lenasia to buy bread and get a cash back withdrawal, I was assisted by Matshepo Mohloki who was very rude, she told she can’t assist me with the cash, her attitude was bad that even when I called her supervisor she was rude, when she was told to apologise her attitude became worse.
