Rude and Unprofessional Customer Service.

I went to Boxer Supermarket in Ivory Park to withdraw money from my Tyme Bank account, the card declined but the money went out of my account. I came back a few hours later to escalate the query with the store of the branch but he wasn’t around, I then got assisted by Elton/Alton Mothipi the assistant manager who was extremely rude, unprofessional and wasn’t helpful at all. He was extremely aggressive and stormed off without resolving my query instead I was assisted by a junior level worker.

I’m shocked by the level of disrespect I received from this branch, they are of no help and have zero regard to customer service.. he failed to even apologize to me.
