Rude and unprofessional cashier

I was in Motherwell shopping complex at Boxer grocery store on the 5th of May this year and almost got assisted by this rude and disrespectful cashier. Her name was Emihle Magoqwana. There were long queues and I didn't see anyone on her side, then went to her and asked if she was available to assist me. She looked at me with so much disgust and frowned her face. This was her response "what do you mean if I can assist you". I asked again and she gave me attitude and said the same thing. The other lady who was packing on her till, rep**** to me and said yes she's available but there's a queue. I looked behind me coz people were in between isles and I couldn't see them, that's why I asked if she was available and found it strange there was no one queueing on her till. I said that to her, she then looked at me again and said" the line starts from the isles and not at my till, can't you see people right behind you ". I asked for her manager and didn't even purchase what I went there to purchase. The manager apologized on her behalf and did absolutely nothing or said nothing to her. She didn't even seem to care when the manager was talking to me.. This is unacceptable, train your staff about customer service or they will ruin your business.
