Rude and Poorly trained staff- Pinetown branch

On the 11th of June, I went to cash out my Vodapay voucher and I was not even greeted by Amanda Shezi at cashier till 10. She has a terrible attitude and doesn't treat customers with respect. After 3 minutes of back and forth she finally called her supervisor Khumbuzile, who didn't even try to assist me and she just walked off without giving me a solution. She too is extremely rude and arrogant. I eventually after spending a good 20 minutes of being ridiculed by your staff members, I went to the money kiosk and was assisted by the only friendly person there. She is the only asset in the company as she didn't know but she was willing to listen to me and try. All your staff need product training and we'll as hiring competent managers. I won't visit the Pinetown store any time soon. What a TERRIBLE experience I had from those 2 ladies! Shame in you. I feel sad for the owner because the customers are being chased away!!
