Rude and Disrespectful Employee at Boxer (Langa - Cape Town)

Boxer, in Langa, Cape Town, was extremely full on the 07 of September, I had 2 items so I opted to wait in the kiosk queue, where I literally waited 30 minutes before being assisted.

The lady was seated, very slow and uninterested at what she was doing.

Just before she assisted me, a man who wanted to play the lotto was not standing in the queue whereas others were and this woman, cashier, told her she’ll assist her.

When I confronted her, she dismissed me at first and then rudely asked if I was going to pay for lotto because that is what the kiosk is for and I told her that the till she was at was for multi services in the event that the store was full, she ignored me and assisted the man who didn’t stand in the queue.

I must say shame that being assisted by my very own people can be a nightmare, especially in townships, it’s quite sickening.

I’m not sure if these people’s are trained or whether they are just utterly rude and disrespectful.
