Rude and arrogant Manager

Went to boxer superstore in Protea to buy cooking oil that i saw on special, when i got there it was showing a different priceat the aisle i went to the managers office to enquire and i spoke to a guy by the name of "Magic",the guy was extremely rude and arrogant. After i showed him the pic of the special he asked me to wait outside while he checks. He even used her fingers to show me out, well i went outside then aome guy came an he said he knows nothing about it we both had the same pamphlet but the only difference was the oil advertised he then said he will need to comfirm tomorrow i need to come back tomorrow. I asked at whose expense as i went there specifically for that oil? He said:"i dont know u will have to make a plan sisi" just like that. He went on an said that "its not the first time they experienced such whereby wat is advertised is not on special so ayicale ngami" mind you while saying all this he is busy shaking his head an rolling his eyes. This was the worst experience i have ever received worst part from a manager? Then i asked for the head office number he then said i will get it on the till slip i then told him that i only came here for the oil nothing else then he sid its fine i will get it for u at the till,he went out to one of the tills an the slip he pulled did not have the number then he came back and asked when i say head office which department am i reffering to? I then said complains then asked him when he reffered me to the slip which number was he providinge cause he didnt ask in the first place when i asked for the number? He then said its fine i will give u the number while scrolling his phone busy rolling eyes. He then gave me the number ***. How does a store have such a rude and arrogant manager who doesnt know how to address customers? Im honestly disappointed andd im forever at that store doing groceries there,it has such sweet an friendly cashiers as i most interact with them but llas for the manager im disappointed.
