Rotten /spoiled Milk

I bought cartoon of milk at Boxer Superstores on the 9th of March 2024 and I only opened yesterday on the 11th of March 2024 only to find that the milk is spoiled and I opened another one to check and it was also spoiled /rotten and then I went to boxer at Palm Springs Mall today on the 12th of March to return the milk and I had already thrown away my till slip because I never thought I will use it again .When l got to the store l explained to the Supervisor by the Name of Rose who referred me to the Store Manager by the name of Lerato who then refused to help me return the Milk without the till slip verbalizing that she can't even do a reprint even when I asked her to check CCTV footage as proof that I bought the milk there as a result I returned home with the rotten milk without getting help from the Store manager who was busy with her phone whilst busy with Her phone as she attended to me I am very disappointed at the service I got
