Rotten Food items

Rotten ACE maize meal.

My husband and I went grocery shopping at Boxer store in Khayelitsha Mall Cape Town 7784 on the 15th of Jan 2024, among our items was ACE super maize meal 10kg. To our surprise, the maize was rotten, it had a spider-like web on it, worms, and black flying insects while sealed. We had to drive back to Boxer, wasting our petrol and take it back but Boxer refused to refund us for the petrol because we would have never gone back if it wasn't for their rotten Tiger brands items. They said it was TB's fault as they were the ones sending out rotten maizemeal. I took pictures and I am highly disappointed by both Boxer and Tb. How could you all do this to us?

This is not the first time though, on the other two occasions we bought Mabele a teng, and on both those occasions they had the same spider web-looking item but we lost the receipts.

This is very disappointing.
