Rotten food from boxer station square pretoria

Even 1 star is undeserved. Went to boxer store in Station Square pretoria. Bought food which was a piece of chicken and pork. Chicken was fine then I get to the pork. As soon as I warm it in the microwave it had this funky smell of being rotten. Upon inspection, tasting and smelling true the meat was rotten. How can your store serve rotten food to individuals like u feeding dogs. I went to the shop approached the manager which she called two ladies to come,can only remember one by the name of Naledi. Before they came I had to wait for some time with no explanation or clear indication of what I am waiting for. When the lady eventually came I asked her y do u cook food that u can clearly see is rotten. She then rudely said she doesn't smell it, I then asked her to taste which she did and again rudely rep**** its fine. Asked the store manager of were do I write a complaint about the service, she went to the office came back with a piece of paper torn from an A4 page and asked to write on it. What sort of professionalism is that. Is there no clear complaint process in that store. Worse none of them was apologetic about the incident. Not even a sorry for your inconvenience. I'm disappointed and angry about this store. Imagine if I get food poisoning from all this.
