Rotten fish at boxer diepsloot store

I bought a box of hake fish last Thursday on the 1 of June, yesterday while cooking I realized that the fish is off and the whole house was covered with a smell of a rotten rat,came back to the store to return it ,but the treatment was very cold from staff members it was as if I made the fish to go off only to find out that I was not the first customer to return the product to the shop,I wonder if these people get customer care training once hired,can top management look into this. It was my first time ever buying anything at boxer and it was not healthy for me to receive such treatment.
