Rotten chicken

I bought this product from BOXER TRADE ROUTE in Lenasia and I must say I am appalled by what I got.

Upon cooking it gave off a sour smell/ odour attracting flies. The color worsened as you can see from the picture below. Kindly note that this is a health risk and if no action is taken, I will take necessary steps.
