Rotten and expired chicken pieces

I bought a bag of chicken that costs R399.00 on the 27th of March 2024 at Boxer Mandeni only to find out that it was spoiled and they refused to exchange it for me, telling me that it is already opened therefore they cannot exchange it for me. Unfortunately i only foumd out that it is not in good condition after cooking it. Just imagined i lost my jard earned money
