******* of a pensioner at Isipingo Boxer store

I’m writing to you with a heavy heart because of what transpired at one of your shops in Isipingo Durban, My mother was ****** at this Boxer shop whilst trying to do shopping. An amount of R1000 and her boxer voucher card was taken with a balance of R1900. This is very disappointing to think that one is not safe whilst shopping at your shops. She’s a pensioner and has really been trying to do some savings so she can do her Xmas groceries and to have someone take those little savings from her at your shops is disgusting. When she went in to report the matter it clearly seemed that your staff is aware of incidents like this taking place as they made a comment that these Tsotsis are at it again. What are you going to do about this? Why is there no proper security at your shops? Or are we perhaps shopping at the wrong place?
