****** in boxer store

On the 24 of May 2021 I was ****** inside the store. It was around 4-5pm on Monday afternoon, i went to Mandela square Boxer store to buy some food for my kids, and i first went to Nedbank store and then went in to the store. Not realizing that i was being followed. I went to to the section where they sell ready made food and there came 2 males at they created a bit of a commotion about the ready made chicken, i got irritated as i was in the middle of the this whole thing not realizing i was being ******. i moved away not realizing that my bag is opened and my wallet has been taken. I then panicked, went to the security guys at the door and told them that i had been ******. They checked the footage and they saw that these people followed me from the bank. I went to the car as i left my phone inside the car and called my daughter to block all my bank accounts and credit cards. The 2 securities they then told me that they will call me if there's any progress. As traumatized as i was i went home and few days later, i went back to the shop and they showed no remorse and said that they didn't get any lead of who ****** me and they never offered me any kind of help. The security and the manager at boxer store were rude and arrogant that there's nothing they can do. So i'm just asking my self if i had died inside the store, maybe they were going to throw me outside as they only care about those who buy and not caring about the safety of its consumers. I ADVICE ALL PEOPLE WHO SHOP IN BOXER STORE TO KNOW THAT THEY ARE NOT SAFE WITHIN THE PREMISES, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS WELL BEING.
