Revolting service

Disorganized Disorganized Disorganized!!!! Boxer Kwa mashu 201 Nyala road is by far thee most unorganized supermarket ever!!! Service is extremely slow, as for the cashier's you'd swear there doing is a favor not to leave management behind who never come from behind the scene and be hands cause there comes a time where damage control is of essence and NOOOO this has nothing to do with covid or grant payments it's forever like this it's high time we let you know now there a pallets of mayonnaise, sunlight liquid,Cooee's & milk where ques are supposed to be!!! You stand in these ques till your tendons are heavy and sore!!!! This place is Zoo!! Highly Disorganized. I'm @ a lost of words cause I'm not fighting but simply frustrated cause I mean you know your guys foot count so why not be prepared?????! This store is on auto pilot and will crash You have no management No structure No planning The only people who do there job are the security guards and merchandiser,All supermarkets do renovations in the evening till you come to boxer where they decide to demarcate the space behind the tills and also occupy space for the kiosk so you then have to join the que where u wanna buy 2 items and are obliged to wait for customers with trolleys worth of 3k groceries I mean where is the logic ??!!
