Re:Follow-up Complain

I had a bad experience in Boxer Stores in Ivory Park Tembisa when their employee refused to accept my parcels at the Parcel counter because he claimed that i had not sanitized my hands and that I'm covid 19 positive. He further insulted me as an argument insued. I feel that i have been segregated against and my rights were grossly infringed and humiliated. I have tried in numerous occasions to seek justice with the management and Hellopeter offices on numerous occasions to no avail. It is my humble request that an amicable solution be reached ASAP.
