R350 SRD grant ******

I am very much disappointed about service that my uncle has received In one of Boxer Superstores in Ermelo, Wessolton. The manager that was on duty on the 15/05/2023 between 14:00-15:00 and one your cashiers they stole my uncle's R350 SDR grant of 4 months which was R1400 she then **** said the transaction was declined while I approved of that transaction. The only transaction that was declined it was the second transaction of 1050 that she was trying to do again in presence of uncle I declined that one on purpose as per agreement with my uncle was that he's going to only withdraw R350 of 4 months out of 7 months.

Where do we report such matters because your cashier and managers need to be held liable for having no shame to ***** for unemployed people. I am very much disappointed
