Promised to call (Refused with a raincheck)

Last week Thursday i went to Boxer Superstore Burgersfort 2 Derk Breytenbrech street to buy the wave washing powder which is on special buy 3 3kg and get one free and found stock not available and have been going there with no luck, i asked for the store manager and i was told hes not in and i asked for the 2nd in charge and he came. I asked for a Raincheck as i have been going to their stores with no luck and so the guy that i spoke to he told me he won’t be able to do a raincheck for me his reasons were “not hat if we only get the stock after the special has ended”? And i told him that thats the reason for a raincheck he said no i called my boss he says we wont be able to issue u with a raincheck. He said “i can take your numbers and will definitely give u a call to let you know when we receive the stock and i will set aside the soaps for you” i have never received any call from him since Thursday and i hear that people have been getting the washing powder but with my situation it’s difficult to always go to town as im a new mother and have no one to leave my baby with and i cannot take her to town as she’s 6weeks old, i really can’t risk with all this Covid. I tried calling their landline it just rings without luck😢😢😢😢. I am very much disappointed as a Boxer customer that how do i get refused with a raincheck and get a promise to call but never get one.The special is ending today
