Poorly Treated Patron - Disappointing!

Firstly I would like to express my utmost disappointment in the service I received from one of ur chain stores in senaone, my boyfriend and I were nothing short of angered from the humiliation caused by one of ur staff members, she is a lady that seems to be packing groceries behind the teller, I was moved from one till to the next politely by a lady working the till as she was still looking for change I moved to the till next door were the operator had cashed up however to my dismay none of them cared to refer me to another till but just stood there looked, pointed and laughed at us as we were confused with the whole situation, a lovely lady by the name of Lebogang proceeded to assist us and when she tried to explain to the lady behind the till she continued to laugh and make light of the situation, I am in the customer services business myself and I am sure your company takes this into a high regard. I hope she will be dealt with duely and have her behavior corrected before she gives the same bad experience to other patrons and *****ing the name of ur institution
