Poor services at the Diepsloot branch

I just left boxer furious. I went to Boxer at Diepsloot Mall and I got the most terrible service, I left without everything buying the things I wanted. I got there carrying a heavy plastic thinking I'm going to leave it at the parcel counter but they said I should go in with it. I went inside hoping to find an empty trolley inside since there wasn't any left by the door. I looked around and didn't find any but there were two of them full of snacks that were being packed on shelves, i asked one of the staff members to empty it for me so I can use it but they told me I have to go outside and get another one. I told the guy that there weren't any left by the door and he said I should go around the mall to look for an empty one that some customers left at the parking lots. Now that means i have to go back outside with my heavy plastic. What kind of a service is that??? Worse that's not the only bad experience I've had at the very same shop.
