Poor Service Rendered

Good Day...it is with great dissatisfaction and disappointment 😞 writing this review, with regards to the experience I have encountered today 25th of March 2024 at Boxer Superstore Bram Fischerville. I paid the store a visit to pay my WiFi account, little did I know that I will receive such poor service from Malwandle refusing to accept my money cause the account was written on paper instead of me showing him the message that's on my handset, the handset that I left home for security reason. He was not even wearing a name badge I was his name name when I asked cause I wanted to lodge a complaint against him.

Overall I was so p***d that I even went back to him hoping that he will apologise, but instead he told me to get lost cause I have been assisted, what more do I want.
